How To Use
Recommended Dose: Adults: Mix 1 scoop (49.5 g) in a 400 ml of cold water immediately before consumption. For best results, use a blender. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise. Take once daily, a few hours before or after taking other medications. For use beyond 12 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are experiencing a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than 2 weeks, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, or failure to defecate following the use of another laxative product; if you have diabetes mellitus in which blood sugar is difficult to regulate; or if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation (e.g. blood thinners, clotting factor replacements, acetylsalicylic acid, ibuprofen, fish oils, vitamin E), as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding.
