How To Use
Menopausal and post-menopausal women: For reduction of menopausal symptoms(such as hot flashes and/or night sweats), take 6 capsules daily. Use for a minimum of 2 weeks to see beneficial effects. Post-menopausal women: For reduction of bone mineral density loss, take 5 capsules daily with adequate amounts of calcium and Vitamin D. Use for a minimum of 6 months to see beneficial effects. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or health care products. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 year.
