How To Use
Adults: Mix 1 scoop (12.5 g) daily in 250 ml of cold water immediately before consumption. For best results, use a shaker cup. For occasional use only. If you suffer from a cardiovascular disease, consult your health care practitioner for use 6 weeks, other wise, consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 10 weeks.

May result in weight gain. Caffeine has been shown to reduce blood flow to the heart muscle during exercise which might leas to cardiovascular complications (such as chest pain and irregular heartbeat), even in healthy individuals. If those symptoms occur, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. May cause flushing, tingling, an/or prickling sensation of the skin, in which case, reduce the dose.
