How To Use
Mix one level scoop (40 g) with 355 mL (12 oz) of cold water, juice, protein drink or other supplement. To be used during training or immediately post-training depending on your needs, or any time your carbohydrate requirements call for a high quality complex carbohydrate fuel source.
