How To Use
Adults take 1 scoop 1-2 times per day. Mix each level scoop in 8-16 fl. oz. of water (adjust for taste preference) and shake well. On training days, consume 1 level scoop during exercise and/or 1 level scoop after exercise. On non-training days, consume before and/or during exercise. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Store in an airtight container protected from light. This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur in which case, discontinue use.
Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking lithium, have high blood pressure, glaucoma, and/or detrusor instability (overactive bladder syndrome). Consumption with other caffeine-containing products (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, mate) and with natural health products (e.g. bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra) or other drugs (e.g. ephedrine) which increase blood pressure is not recommended. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Store in airtight container, protected from light. This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. Hypersentivity/allergy is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. This product provides 225-450mg of sodium per day. For occasional use only. Do not use with other potassium-containing supplements or with potassium-containing salt-substitutes. Do not use if you have a gastrointestinal ulceration or obstruction. May cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramps; discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if these symptoms are severe. Not to be used following vigorous exercise or acute dehydration (unless administered with an appropriate balance of other mineral salts). Caffeine has been shown to reduce blood flow to the heart muscle during exercise which might lead to cardiovascular complications such as chest pain, spasm and irregular heartbeat even in healthy individuals. If those symptoms occur discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
