Recommended Dose (Adults): Take 6 capsules orally every morning (or if preferred, 3 in the morning and 3 in the early afternoon, not too close to bedtime on an empty stomach with 8.4 fl. oz. (250mL) of water. If you are sensitive to caffeine, we suggest assessing your tolerance by starting with 1/2 the suggested serving size.
