How To Use

Take 1 serving (1 softgel) 3 times daily (in the morning, midafternoon, and evening), 30 minutes before a meal. On workout days, take 1 of these servings 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed 3 servings (3 softgels) in a 24-hour period. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. For best results, use in conjunction with a resistance training program.
