How To Use
Adults: For use as a sleep aid, take 1-2 capsules 30-45 minutes before bedtime. For weight management*, take 3 capsules, 3 times daily 30 minutes before a meal, and consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks. For healthy mood balance, relief of symptoms of fibromyalgia, and migraine prophylaxis, take 1 capsule, 3 times daily with meals. To minimize the risk of gastrointestinal side effects, start dosing at 1 capsule 2 times per day and slowly increase to effective dose over 2 week period. For healthy mood balance, use for a minimum of 1 week to see beneficial effects. For relief of fibromyalgia symptoms, use for a minimum of 2 weeks to see beneficial effects. For migraine prophylaxis, use for a minimum of 2-3 weeks to see beneficial effects. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 year.

These may include but are not limited to: L-Tryptophan, S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe), St. John's Wort, antidepressants, pain killers, over the counter cough and cold medication containing dextromethorphan, anti-nausea medication, and anti-migrane medication. Some people may experience diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and/or drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle, or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you show signs of weakness, oral ulcers, or abdominal pain accompanied by severe muscle pain, or if you experience skin changes. Contra-Indication(s): Do not use if you have scleroderma.
