Recommended Dose (Adults): Take one (1) capsule, with or without food, 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antibiotics. Do not dive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks, for sleep issues.

Warnings
PRECAUTIONS: For adult use only at bedtime. This product causes drowsiness and sleepiness. Do not use during the daytime, with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties, when driving or while operating heavy machinery. Exercise caution if involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain; or are taking anticoagulant, anticonvulsant, blood pressure medications, immunosuppressive medications, sedative, hypnotic or psychotropic medications, or steroids; or have asthma, cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, depression, diabetes or hypoglycemia, hormonal disorder, immune system disease, liver disease, migraine, or seizure disorders; or following use if non-relaxation symptoms persist or worsen or sleep symptoms persist continuously for more than 4 weeks. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or have an immune-compromised condition. Mild gastrointestinal symptoms and are allergic reactions have been known to occur. If they worsen or persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner. Stop use if allergy occurs or if you experience headache, confusion, or nausea.
