How To Use

Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) in 415mL of water immediately before consumption and take once daily (1 hour prior to endurance exercise) if you weigh 75kg or more. Do not exceed 3mg to 4mg caffeine per kg of body weight per single dose. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks. Avoid taking before bedtime.
