How To Use
Adults (19 years and over): 1 serving (1/2 scoop) 2 times per day. Wait 3 to 4 hours between each dose. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Mix product well in 1-2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption.
Warnings
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Ask a healthcare practitioner before use if you have glaucoma and/or overactive bladder syndrome (detrusor instability). Avoid taking with health products or foods that contain caffeine and/or increase blood pressure (eg. medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, mate, bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra, ephedrine). This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. When using this product some people may experience gastrointestinal discomfort (such as diarrhea). Caffeine may cause anxiety, rapid heart rate palpitations, insomnia, restlessness, nervousness, tremor and headache. Caffeine has been shown to reduce blood flow to the heart muscle during exercise which might lead to cardiovascular complications such as chest pain and irregular heartbeat even in healthy individuals. Reduce the dose if flushing, tingling and/or prickling sensation of the skin occurs. For occasional use only. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience any of the symptoms listed above. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs.
