Adults: 1 Serving 1 time per day. Mix 1 serving (1/2 scoop) in 1/2-1 cup of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption. Stir well and drink immediately. Take 1 serving, once daily. Recommended Duration of Use: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.

Consumption with natural health products (e.g. bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra) or other drugs (e.g. ephedrine) which increase blood pressure or with other caffeine-containing products (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, mate) is not recommended as it may increase the risk of adverse side effects. This product is not intended as a substiture for sleep. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise.
