CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR YOUR PICKUP CONFIRMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS.
An email will be sent your account when the order is ready for pickup. Please follow the instructions in your email and arrive at your selected store for pick-up (Usually within 4 hours of purchase).
WALK IN OR DRIVE UP TO PICK YOUR ORDER AT THE STORE.
Arrive at the store with the confirmation email to pick up the order or call the store with the confirmation number and we will get the order to the curbside.

Can I Change My Store Pickup Location?
Before adding an item to your cart, you will see if a store with pickup available that is nearby your current location has the selected item in stock. You can change the selected store by clicking on the “Change Store” link on the product detail page. We currently do not support changing pickup locations after your order has been placed.
Can I Change My Store Pickup Order To Ship-To-Home Instead?
We currently do not support changing the shipping method from store pickup to ship-to-home after your order has been placed.
When Will My Order Be Ready For Pickup?
We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup—usually within four hours during normal business hours. If your order is placed within two hours of a store closure, it may not be available for pickup until the next business day. After receiving the email, you can head to the store location at your convenience to pick up your order.
How Long Do I Have To Pickup My Order?
We will hold your order for three days before the order is cancelled. If the order is cancelled, we will refund the order.
What Happens If I Dont Pickup My Order?
If you do not pick up your order, it will be cancelled, and you will be refunded for the order.
How Can I Return Or Exchange My Store Pickup Order?
If you would like to return or exchange your store pickup order, you can bring the unworn item(s) back to any open GNC location in the U.S. with the original receipt and box within 45 days of purchase.
How Do I Cancel My Order?
If you would like to cancel all or part of your store pickup order, please call the pickup location and they will process a refund accordingly.
When Will I Be Charged For My Store Pickup Order?
You will see an authorization hold on your form of payment when you place the order, and you will officially be charged automatically when your order is ready for pickup. Any changes to your order due to limited inventory will be reflected in the official charge.
When Do I indicate If I Would Prefer Curbisde Pickup?
After placing your order, you will receive an email stating your order is ready for store pickup. When you arrive at the store, please call the store and inform that you're outside and request curbside pickup. Your order will then be charged automatically, and a store associate will bring you your order in a timely manner.
What Do I Need To Pick Up My Order?
A government-issued ID, your pick-up confirmation email, or the credit card used to make your purchase. We will use this to verify you receive the correct order.
Can Someone Else Pick Up My Order?
Yes, you can indicate an alternate person for store pickup during checkout, where you'll be able to provide the alternate person's name and phone number.
How Long Will It Take To Process My Refund?
Refunds will typically be processed in 3-5 business days, depending on your bank institution. If you used a prepaid credit card, it may take up to 30 days to see the refund processed.

Some items ordered online may be available for pick up in a store of your choice. If an item is available for pick up, you will be presented with the option to do so when selecting your item for purchase. Most items available for store pick up are available within four hour of placing your order. After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation email, followed by a second email when your order is ready for pick up.
All pick up times are estimates. While we strive to meet all pick-up times as quoted, GNC does not make any guarantee that your order will be available at any specific time. GNC will not have any liability for any order delays.
