Returning an Item by mail
If you purchased a product from GNC.ca and need to return it, here are the basic steps:
- Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
- Find and print your digital packing list, which you can find in your email by searching “firstname.lastname@example.org,” and enclose with your item. Be sure to keep this email for your records. If you cannot print out your digital packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item on a separate piece of paper.
- All products must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Unless your digital packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:

- Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

Returns of an item to a GNC Retail Store
GNC guarantees satisfaction. If a customer is not pleased with any product we sell, we will offer a refund or exchange. All products are refundable/exchangeable within 30 days from the date of your order from GNC.ca or payment made in a GNC Retail store with a valid sales receipt or GNC.ca digital packing slip. Your digital packing slip can be found in your email inbox by searching can find in your email by searching “gncreceipts@GNC.ca.” Refunds/Exchanges must be processed when the customer presents the goods regardless of the GNC store where the product was originally purchased.
In order to better serve our customers, a Cash Refund and Exchange Refund policy has been established. Customers can return their purchase with a valid sales receipt, GNC.ca digital packing slip, or verification of purchase date, tender and amount paid via a loyalty customer’s Transaction History within 30 days from the date or purchase.
Cash Refunds: Cash refunds are given on product purchased with cash and brought back, used or unused, within 30 days of the purchase date with a valid sales receipt, GNC.ca digital packing slip, or verification of purchase date, tender and amount paid via a loyalty customer’s Transaction History within 30 days from the date or purchase.
Exchanges: If the customer returns non-opened, used or opened product, an exchange will be offered based on the amount paid (as shown on the sales receipt, GNC.ca digital packing slip, or verification of purchase date, tender and amount paid via a loyalty customer’s Transaction History).
In the absence of a sales receipt, GNC.ca digital packing slip, or verification of purchase date, tender and amount paid via a loyalty customer’s Transaction History, an exchange will be offered on any GNC brand product based on the lowest sale price or Member Price within the last 60 days with a valid photo ID.
Exchanges will be offered on GNC brand products within 30 days from the purchase date with or without a sales receipt, GNC.ca digital packing slip, or verification of purchase date, tender and amount paid via a loyalty customer’s Transaction History with a valid photo ID.
No exchanges or refunds will be given on non-GNC brand items unless they are accompanied with a valid sales receipt, GNC.ca digital packing slip, or verification of purchase date, tender and amount paid via a loyalty customer’s Transaction History.
Note: The exchanged product is to be the same retail price as that of the returned product. If the exchanged item is a higher price than the returned item, the customer will then be required to pay the balance due.
Merchandise Credit (GNC Gift Card): If the customer returns an unused, unopened, used or opened GNC product without a receipt and does not wish to process an exchange for a product, a GNC Gift Card will be issued. The GNC Gift Card will be issued for the product value as outlined in the Exchange policy. A return where the original payment was a GNC Gift Card will be issued another GNC Gift Card as a Merchandise Credit.
Credit Card: Credits will be issued to the original charge account when the product is returned within 30 days from the purchase date with a valid sales receipt or GNC.ca digital packing slip. Cash refunds will not be given. In the case of a lost, stolen, or closed credit card, the customer must provide a letter (on letterhead) from their credit card company that states the account was closed in good faith. The letter and valid sales receipt or GNC.ca digital packing slip must be presented at the store you are returning the products.
Check Refunds: If you paid by check, with a valid sales receipt, we will offer a cash refund ten business days after your purchase.
Debit Card: Debit card refunds will be issued as a cash refund within 30 days from the date of purchase with a valid sales receipt. Debit card refunds may also be issued to the original charged account if there is not sufficient cash available.
Mis-ships: If determined that GNC/GSI mis-shipped a product, the shipping charge will be refunded if the customer requests a credit refund but not on exchanges
PayPal: PayPal returns must be mailed back to the Distribution Center address on the digital packing slip for refund/exchange. They cannot be processed in-store as a return.
AliPay: AliPay purchases made on GNC.ca are non-refundable. You may refer the customer to the AliPay Customer Service team (+8657195188).
GNC MEMBERSHIP REFUND
GNC Memberships are non-refundable.
*If the product came in a box or a container, you need to bring it along also in order to receive an exchange or a refund.
RETURN OF GNC PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM THE GNC STOREFRONT ON AMAZON.COM OR FROM AN AUTHORIZED GNC RETAILER
You must call our Customer Service Department at 1-866-795-6476 to submit your return request. When you call, please have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. If your request is approved, you will then need to mail your product, a proof of purchase, and your return approval confirmation number to:

You must call our Customer Service Department within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase unless you received a product that was damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of delivery at 1-866-795-6476. Please supply the Representative with your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail. The Representative will also need your e-mail address and phone number. GNC.ca will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.
If there is extensive damage to the packaging, contact a Customer Service Representative immediately at 1-866-795-6476. Please have your order number available when you contact the Customer Service Representative.
